GU favorite Ebonee Davis and her boo—St. Louis born rapper Smino—are absolutely adorable together.
The duo first hit social media in November, when they appeared together for a shoot for Black hair culture publication CRWNMAG. They recreated a shoot of Eldridge and Kathleen Cleaver, the former Minister of Information and Communications Secretary for the Black Panther Party. “What’s more revolutionary than love?,” Davis posed in the photo’s caption.
Davis and the “Donny Outthaway” rapper also flicked it up for the 28-year-old model’s birthday in late November. In the photo shown, they both wore face masks, reminding all of us to take great care of ourselves in the midst of such uncertainty. They most recently connected on New Year’s Eve for a night of fun and love.
Davis is best known for her modeling career. Appearing on season 18 of America’s Next Top Model, she has worked hard to establish herself as a major force within the fashion industry. She has appeared in editorial shoots for L’Officiel, Ivy Park, Afropolitain Magazine and Office Magazine alongside Solange Knowles. Davis is also a poet and an ambassador for Savage X Fenty.
Most recently, Smino released a video for his song “MLK Drive” in honor of Martin Luther King day. He also shared a mixtape, She Already Decided, in April 2020. He has announced that his upcoming third album release has been completed.
