Storm Reid And Natalia Bryant Are College Roommates – And We Had No Idea!

We were today years old when we learned the news!

It’s no secret that Euphoria actress Storm Reid and IMG Models signee Natalia Bryant are Black girl magic ride or dies. They’ve been seen together at amusement parks and hyping each other up in the comment section of their Instagram photos, but we had no idea just how close they were. Social media has been recirculating an old post of the two USC freshmen from Reid’s page and the Internet is putting two and two together. That’s right, Reid and Bryant are doing life and school together as college roommates for their freshman year.

“NANI! NAE NAE! NAENAESTER! It’s your 19thhhh! Happy birthday to the most beautiful spirit in the world. The brightest smile and the kindest heart. The funniest person. The best rommie a girl could ask for. So grateful for you. So glad we get to do life & school together! I love youuuuu!,” read Reid‘s caption followed by a disco dancing emoji and red heart. Yvette Noel Schure, the acclaimed publicist of Beyonce and Chloe x Halle, commented, “This makes me happy.” Zaya Wade even chimed in with a few purple hearts herself to celebrate the friendship between the two girls.

After Twitter user @ZeeNTheCity reposted a screenshot of Reid’s Instagram post, the tweet received over 54.4K likes and nearly 4,000 retweets. Check out below to see a few fan reactions!

I love seeing Natalia having a relatively normal life 💖 I always prayed a little harder for her being now the eldest, with a really young sister and grieving mother. It could've been a huge burden to keep everyone afloat through it. But also Vanessa seems to deal with it well 💖

The two were accepted into the University of Southern California for the same graduating class. Though neither of their majors is confirmed, Reid and Bryant shared in genuine excitement for one another’s acceptances to the institution. “Congratulations,” the Wrinkle In Time actress wrote under Bryant’s post captioned, “See you soon, @uscedu! Fight On!”

Back in December 2021, Bryant shared an Instagram reel summarizing her first semester at USC. “I love this!!!!! It makes me so happy to see you enjoying your first year of college. I’m so proud of you @nataliabryant 1st semester complete. 🎉🎉Keep Fighting On baby girl. ❤️❤️,” her mother Vanessa Bryant commented under her eldest daughter’s post. Even Keri Shahidi, mother of Harvard University student and Grown-ish star Yara Shahidi, commented with a few party blowing emojis.
