Rihanna Reveals Pregnancy At Halftime Show

Baby number two made its debut at The Fenty bowl

Rihanna was the real winner during the big game between the Philadelphia Eagles and The Kansas City Chiefs. Her halftime show performance was filled with bops, looks, and a pregnancy announcement.

The singer opened the show with her classic braggadocious song “B-tch Better Have My Money,” sporting an all-red ensemble by Loewe with a matching jacket from ALAÏA revealing that she’s expecting her second child with partner A$AP Rocky.

We’ve all been waiting for this moment as the 34-year-old returned to the stage after seven years. In a press conference with Apple Music, she knew now was the right time to celebrate her music.

“It feels it could have only been now,” she said. “When you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world [and] you can do anything, and the Superbowl is one of the biggest stages in the world.”

She performed our favorite throwback jams like “Where Have You Been,” “Only Girl (In the World),” “Rude Boy,” and “Diamonds.”

The performance set resembled a runway, which is something we know her best for after watching her Savage X Fenty shows, and contained a floating stage where Rihanna was in the air performing her hits.

After her fierce performance, a representative for Rihanna confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that the Barbadian singer is pregnant. Now with a halftime performance checked off her bucket list, she can focus on being a mother of two.
