GU Jams: Here's Who's Going On Tour This Year

Get your spring and summer schedule together with these artists
GU Jams: Here’s Who’s Going On Tour This Year
By Kenyatta Victoria · Updated May 1, 2024

As we close the curtain on January it’s time to start planning for tour and festival season. Nothing feels better than getting your itinerary together with your crew or even solo to see some of your favorite artists in different cities.

Whether you’re in the mood to rap “Everybody” with Nicki Minaj and the Barbz or stretching to dance with Tinashe these artists are geared up for a fire spring and summer season on tour. To beat the Ticketmaster debacle here is a curated list of all the Zillennial faves hitting the road in 2024.

Tyla

Tyla had us on our feet last year as we mimicked the “Water” challenge, and now, with her debut album dropping in March, she’s hitting the road to perform all her upcoming hits, so be sure to bring your water bottles to your city.

Nicki Minaj

Now that Pink Friday 2 is on a nonstop replay for the Barbz, it’s time to head to Gag City with Nicki Minaj for her spring tour. The “Everybody” rapper is on her fifth studio album and ready to bring in a new vibe in her live experience with her dedicated fans kicking off in March.

Drake And J.Cole

Although Drake has been on a roll with his tour, he’s bringing a new guest on for the ride: J. Cole. Fans received a pleasant surprise when Drake came for Dreamville Fest, so it’s only right that the two come together for a fresh new tour starting in February.

Pink Pantheress

Pink Pantheress is headed on tour with BKTherula, as she embodies her Y2K sound in person for her fans to participate in hearing singles from “Boy’s a Liar, Pt. 2” and “Nice to Meet You.” This release is her debut album, so you know she’s going to give her fans a fun and girly adventure through each song she performs.

Amaarae

Amaarae’s album Fountain Baby made waves all last year, so it only makes sense to bring the wavy album around the world for fans to embark on the live experience she has ready for us. “My listeners can always expect me to be bold and daring,” she told GU last year. “That’s one thing that I will never stop doing, the day that I choose to be safe as an artist, in my expression, and even in my creative pursuits, I think I would rather die.”

Tinashe

Tinashe’s imprint is prevalent in pop culture, so of course, she’s back again with her BB/ANG3L tour, curating the live occasion of her and her fan’s dreams. As she celebrates the release of her album this affair will be full of dancing, singing and unforgettable energy.
