Now that everyone is catching up on the wave we’ve created, it’s time for disruption.
As Zillennials continue to use their voices, Girls United’s new theme, “Era Of Disruption,” will become a pulse for those spearheading their paths, ideas, and trends, breaking the mold of what society deems acceptable.
Celebrating all aspects of the Black experience, those in their “Era of Disruption” offer fresh perspectives outside the standard conversations that are constantly recycled.

This year, we’re focusing on all aspects of Gen Z disrupting the status quo of society unapologetically. Through elements of Representation, Education, Performance, and Politics, we’re hoping summit goers discover their inner disruptors.
Entering a new era of futurism, we see Gen Z showcasing the evolution of what representation means and going against what society deems acceptable.
In addition to the impactful conversations we’re curating, we’re allowing attendees to take control of their careers through our mentorship sessions.
