Congratulations to Peniel Nnamdi, a sixth-grade student who recently published her first book!
Released on November 13, 2021, “How To Be Successful: A Simple Guide to Success For Children” is a book written to inspire other children. It is interactive and features 7 steps to help children in their everyday lives.
“I’ve been raised by a family that teaches me values, and I just want to follow them,” she told Mesquite Independent School District. The lessons in the book are “derived from the word of God” and are accompanied with colorful illustrations to inspire creativity in children.
The 11-year-old was featured in Mesquite ISD’s “Made to Excel” series, which recognizes the achievements of students and staff across the city. The oldest of four siblings, Nnamdi wrote her first unpublished book about superheroes when she was in third grade. She loves writing and helping others.
Nnamdi published “How To Be Successful: A Simple Guide to Success For Children” with the help of her parents. She was inspired to create the book after she joined her father, who preached in front of children for Children’s Day 2021.
Nnamdi wants to keep writing books to inspire young children to be leaders in their community and motivate them to focus on their studies. She also wants to keep up with her love for choir and athletics.
“How To Be Successful: A Simple Guide to Success For Children” is available for purchase on Amazon.
