The 75 Hard challenge is less of a fitness plan and more of a mental reset. The rules are famously strict: two 45-minute workouts a day (one has to be outside), a gallon of water, ten pages of non-fiction, no alcohol, and a clean diet with zero room for error. It is designed to be difficult, forcing a level of discipline that most people usually save for a crisis, but the goal is to come out the other side with a completely different mindset.

With summer around the corner, using a challenge to get ahead of the season has become a common starting point. While the original format is the most well-known, variations like 75 Medium or 75 Soft have emerged to make the structure more adaptable. These versions allow for adjustments to the workout frequency or dietary restrictions, making it possible to build consistency in a way that fits a specific lifestyle or starting point. Staying on track for over two months requires a variety of inspiration to keep from burning out, and these creators offer everything from low-impact home sessions to heavy lifting to help navigate the process.
