Rihanna is the Queen of both the MET Gala and the festivities that come after fashion’s biggest night. The singer has thrown some of the most epic parties and is expected to throw this year’s hottest, glamorous MET Gala after-party.
The billionaire mogul posted a flyer for the exclusive after-party to her Instagram Stories with the caption, “If you planning a MET Ball after-party…..don’t.” While not much information about the party has been revealed to the public, we know that nightlife mogul Richie Akiva will be hosting the event with her. Details about the location have yet to be announced.

The 2018 MET Gala’s “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination” was one of the most popular themes in the exhibit. Rihanna served as co-chair for the event along with Donna Karan and Amal Clooney and wore a custom piece by John Galliano which quickly became took the award for the best look of the night and even had fans giving her the nickname “Pope Rihanna”.
For the 2017 MET Gala, the theme, “Art Of The In-Between” spotlighted Rei Kawakubo of Comme des Garçons. Rihanna took her look to the next level and wore a CDG confection covered in florals and fabrics layered to create a petal-like look.
