Lil Nas X Set To Embark On His First-Ever Tour
Lil Nas X fans rejoice! The award-winning rapper is embarking on tour across North America and Europe later this year. The “Long Live Montero” tour marks the artist’s first ever tour.
The announcement follows the release of his Grammy-nominated debut album, “Montero.”
“I’m having my very first tour. And all of u better come or I will cry on Instagram live,” wrote Lil Nas X on Twitter.
The tour is one you won’t want to miss. Lil Nas X is known for putting on a show for his fans, from eye-catching choreography and scenography to highly stylized concepts borrowed from his music videos.
The “Long Live Montero” tour will kick off on September 6 at The Fillmore in Detroit. It will also make stops in Chicago, Nashville, Los Angeles, before stopping in San Francisco at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on October 23. For his European tour dates, Lil Nas X will first make a stop in Amsterdam on November 8. The last date will be in Barcelona, Spain on November 17.
Lil Nas X’s “Long Live Montero” tour is the first to launch an exclusive ticket presale with Cash App, according to Variety. The presale opens on April 27 at 10 a.m. and is available through April 28 at 10 p.m. General sales for the North American tour will open on April 29 at 10 a.m. and European dates will go on sale on May 6th at 10 a.m.
