OPI and Xbox have come together to give loyal customers and gaming fans the OPI Xbox Nail Lacquer Collection, which uses the original nail polish formula that reinvented quality nail color.
According to the official press statement released on Xbox’s website, the described “gaming-inspired palette” is created for the Spring 2022 season and has 12 colors inspired by “the virtual worlds of Xbox Game Pass titles and popular gaming phrases.” The titles for the GelColor, Infinite Shine, Nail Lacquer, and Powder Perfection formulas include “Can’t CTRL Me,” “You Had Me at Halo,” “Sage Simulation,” and “Heart and Con-soul.” With up to seven days of wear, the Nail Lacquer has a praised fast-drying formula with a smooth, shiny crème finish.
Beginning in February, the collection will be available for purchase on ULTA, and will officially be available globally at OPI location. As stated by HYPEBAE, “avid gamers from the states can access in-game content as early as February 1” for Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite following every purchase, with the full range now at ULTA stores.
Furthermore, customers will also get the chance to win custom Xbox Wireless Controllers in various shades inspired by the OPI nail polish collection. OPI x Xbox Nail Lacquers will retail for $10.50 USD each and Infinite Shine colors will retail for $13.00 USD. GelColor and Powder Perfection are in-salon professional services only.
