Kanye West Voted For The First Time Today—And He Voted For Himself

“Today I am voting for the first time in my life for the President of the United States, and it’s for someone I truly trust…me,” he wrote.

Kanye West has voted for himself for president.

Earlier today, he shared that the 2020 election was his first time voting. “God is so good,” he wrote on Twitter. “Today I am voting for the first time in my life for the President of the United States, and it’s for someone I truly trust…me.” West then shared a number of photos of himself at the poll, including a shot that revealed he had written his name in. The post has been liked nearly 140,000 times.

Singer Jesse Woo called him out for only voting for president, and leaving other slots, such as the ones for state and county offices, blank.

West first announced that he was running for president in July, and seemingly garnered support from Da Baby. Initially, it was believed that he would cast his vote for President Trump, since he has expressed his faith in him a number of times in recent years.
