Get Halloween-Ready With The ‘Hocus Pocus 2’ X ColourPop Collaboration

The cosmetics brand collaborated with Disney ahead of the sequel’s release.

Spooky season is right around the corner and one of the first Halloween collaborations has officially dropped. ColourPop Cosmetics has collaborated with Disney to help deliver a make-up set inspired by Hocus Pocus 2 ahead of its Disney + release on September 30.

The collection is perfect for fans of the original film or if you’re in need of some Halloween beauty inspiration. Launched on September 22, the collaboration includes six new and staple products. ColourPop’s Jelly Much Shadow formula ($10) is being introduced in three new glittery shades inspired by Winifred, Sarah, and Mary Sanderson. The So Glassy Lip Gloss ($9) also comes in three shades – black, peach, and clear. ColourPop’s SOL Shimmering Body Powder ($15) was given an update for the occasion. The highlighter is now an ivory opal color with a gold and green chrome finish.

The collection also includes the brand’s BFF Mascara ($10) in a plum shade. It was named Butcherson as a nod to Winifred’s zombie boyfriend.

The Hocus Pocus 2 x ColourPop collaboration includes two brand new additions to its collection. The Give Him Fur Cat Ears ($10) are a nod to the original film’s Thackery Binx and can be an easy Halloween costume. The All Hallows Eve shadow palette ($24) features 15 shades with matte and metallic finishes, as well as the brand’s new Pearlescent Glitter finish. You can expect to find hues such as bright orange, forest green and cool-toned purple, alongside neutral shades. This palette will allow you to experiment with color or keep things casual depending on your mood or the occasion.

Each product references Hocus Pocus with names such as “Find the Book,” “Candle is Alight,” “Brew Another Batch” and “29 Years” as a reference to the time that had passed since the first movie premiered (in 1993).

The Hocus Pocus 2 x ColourPop collaboration is now available to shop on ColourPop’s website.
