No better way to start the week than with news of a newborn baby!
Halsey and partner Alev Aydin have welcomed their first child together, Ender Ridley Aydin. According to the classic black and white-toned photo on her social media, the 26-year-old “Without Me” singer welcomed her baby on the 14th of July.
“Gratitude. For the most “rare” and euphoric birth. Powered by love,” Halsey’s Instagram caption read as she welcomed her baby into the world. While the first photo features Halsey holding her child while laying in a hospital bed and Alev pictured beside her, the following photo is a more intimate capture of Ender breastfeeding.
Halsey first announced her pregnancy with writer-producer Aydin at the top of the year after posting a series of baby bump photos for the ultimate “surprise” reveal on Instagram. Last week, the “Closer” singer also shared the trailer for If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power – an hour-long film experience set to the music of her upcoming fourth studio album of the same name.
Tickets for the show will go on sale Tuesday, August 3, for IMAX showings. Capitol Records will release Halsey’s forthcoming album on August 27 and Halsey unveiled the album’s cover art at The Met Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Fans can pre-order If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power on Halsey’s store beginning today.
